All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-run nature of Chaotic Defense products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, sizing guides, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of every product we release. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, we will make it right.
To qualify for a defect return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.
- You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition at the time the defect is reported.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for the full purchase amount
- A refund to your original payment method
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return or refund:
- Minor variations in print placement or color tone (inherent to DTG printing)
- Damage caused by improper washing or care
- Normal wear and tear
- Items marked as final sale or part of a clearance drop
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at chaoticdefense.us@gmail.com with the subject line: "Defect Claim — Order #[your order number]"
Include:
- Your full name and order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect
We respond to all claims within 2–3 business days.
Chaotic Defense reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
