2. Who We Are

Chaotic Defense is an independent tactical enthuiast/streetwear brand selling limited-run apparel and accessories. All products are produced in small quantities and may sell out permanently.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.
Sizing information is provided as a guide. We recommend reviewing size charts before purchasing. We are not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer.
Limited drops are not restocked. Once a run sells out, it is gone.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.
Chaotic Defense reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Prices at the time of your order are the prices you will be charged. No price adjustments will be made after an order is placed.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods offered through our checkout.
Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy before submitting.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Chaotic Defense is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs holds on international orders.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility. Any lost or stolen package claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, and text is the intellectual property of Chaotic Defense. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without express written permission.

The Chaotic Defense name, CD mark, and all associated brand assets are proprietary. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

By using our site you agree not to:
