Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods such as new drops or limited releases, processing times may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

International Shipping
Chaotic Defense ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Chaotic Defense has no control over customs processing times, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery windows.
- We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier and marked as shipped, Chaotic Defense is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact your local post office or carrier directly
- Reach out to us at chaoticdefense.us@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout where available.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Chaotic Defense is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at chaoticdefense.us@gmail.com and we will attempt to correct it before fulfillment.
Refused & Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Chaotic Defense reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
